Help with a pickup or order
The fastest way to get help is inside the QuiEco app. Go to Profile → Help & Support, choose the related order and raise an issue. The support team can then review the pickup.
Rates and payments
Scrap rates are set by each dealer and can change, so the rate shown in the app at the time of booking is the one to rely on.
After your scrap is weighed and the final amount is confirmed, you are paid by cash, UPI or a supported digital payout. Every payment is recorded in your payout history in the app.
