How will I get paid for my scrap?
After your scrap is weighed and the final amount is confirmed, you are paid by cash, UPI or a supported digital payout. Every payment is recorded in your payout history in the app.
Is there any pickup charge or fee?
No. QuiEco does not charge you any booking or pickup fee. You are the seller: the dealer pays you the final amount for your scrap.
Can I cancel a pickup?
Yes. You can cancel in the app while the booking is waiting for dealer acceptance and, where the app allows it, after acceptance until pickup begins. To change the time, cancel and rebook in the app.
What if the crew doesn’t arrive?
Go to Profile → Help & Support in the app, choose the related order and raise an issue. The support team can review the pickup.
